I have an application name and ID registered with Palm. I plan on releasing both freeware (lite) and registered (pro) versions of the program.

My questions:

Is it necessary to also copyright the program name, code, or any other portions of the program?

If so, would someone have a good link to information about obtaining a copyright (never did that before)?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Just put Copyright 2003 and your name on it and you are done. As long as it is published with your notice all the work is done.

Registered Trademarks are a whole different story.
