:( hallo,

although there are special functions for database support, I want to connect my applications via ADOCE (COM) to the database. I can create the ADO recordset object without an error, so that the database e.g. Northwind.cdb can be opened succesfully with tablenames or SQL-Statements(the parameter must be given in the reverse order; an error in the COM-function for parameters?). I get the right result for the RecordCount Property. But is there anybody knowing how to read the Property Value of the Object Field over 'Fields'? I would prefer getting the Value by Fieldname instead of Column-Position.
I hope, you can help me.
