Two unrelated questions:
1. I downloaded the trial of PocketC Architect and got the "compiled HTML" manual for the desktop. Does this exsist as a plain ond webpage anywhere? I'd like to convert it to iSilo format for my HH. If not, should I just read the old PocketC iSilo ebook that's on the Orb website?? I imagine it's mostly the same stuff (?).

2. Do you guys know of any good examples of readers or reader/editors that were BUILT with PocketC or Architect?? I'd just like to see some examples of what can be done. I'm actually a programming newbee. I'm teaching myself with "C for Dummies." I've tried OnBoardC, but so far I haven't been able to generate a viable program. I understand that the learning curve is not quite as steep with PocketC, but does that mean there's less functionality? I'm not really interested in wireless connectivity, but would like to create apps or desk assessories that can access other app's resourses (like to work as companion applications).

Thanks in advance for any feedback :o) -steveK

Not sure about the trial version of PocketC Architect, but, the registered version has a folder called HTMLDocs, containing just that, in the same folder where you find the compiled help file.....

DOH !!!! THanks! I actually looked there because it seemed like the "HTML" folder would be the logical place. WHen I saw "library" this and "library" that, I guess I though it was code for header files or something. Thanks again. If I figure out how to put it together into one ebook, I'll share with the group :)

Well that was easy. I just sent the Architect Manual to dewey@.. as an iSilo ebook. With small font on hi-rez device the sample code and tables look awesome. Also tried a Plucker/Sunrise conversion, but the tables didn't work. ... steveK

I have not received this, and it doesn't seem to have been stuck in my spam filter.
