Hi Joe

I have a button linked to a list. It works fine, but I want to change it without the user having to.

This is the button: <blockquote id="quote"><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"> List(catlist,76,110,70,10,catbut);
Button(catbut,0x003,76,110,0,0,"Category");<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

I want it to jump to the list item #1 at occurance of X. How?

I tried FsetState(catlist,1), but that's not it.

Merry Xmas

FsetState should work on lists as you tried. Keep in mind that the first item in a list is at index 0 and not 1.
