Changing the text colour in a field?

A PocketC native palm library offering native forms and assorted utilities

Is it possible to change the text colour in a dynamic field? I've tried variations of the following:

SetTextColor(0xE5);//or 229 rgb

and nothing works.

Thanks in advance,

Use the UIColor() function. There are some catches though...

1) PalmOS field text can only be of one color... no multi-color text (note: The developers of some word processing apps have created their own custom fields from scratch to support multi-colored text).

2) Fields in palmOS don't have thier own unique color tags, thus they are generally all of the same color for a given form. Though, it may be possible to work around this by changing the global field color appropriately every time a field enter event occurs.

Hi Mikael:
You could take a look to the trial version of my software to catch some tips for coloring edit fields.
