The T3, and presumably the E, use a different memo database called MemosDB-PMem (as opposed to MemoDB). This database, as well as the new memo app, conduit, and desktop app, support memos up to 32K. To confuse matters, the handheld still has a MemoDB which contains the first 4K of each memo.

Since PocketC looks at MemoDB, which still exists, it shows a "bogus" error on compile if/when the memo is truncated at 4K.
