Can it really be true that there is no way to share a menu structure between forms?

It is _really_ bad practice  having to duplicate and maintain the same structure across several forms.

The application I am currently working on, has quite a few forms, so having to implement and maintain the common menu structure on each form is a really big pain in the rear, not to mention aggrevating, annoying, and a plain and utter waste of time.

It is also all too easy to make errors or forget something, when the same alterations have to be made in so many different places.
