Crashing, Memory/Heap?

I'm writing a game using PCA and as my code grows, I am running into this fatal error:

heap.h, Line:26, index < nlItems

The freemem function just before the crash indicates 10973504 but it crashes on a simple new int [290] (290 is calculated). Is it possible that I'm running out of mem on this T3 or is there something else I need to look at.

Any help appreciated! If you need more information, I will do my best to provide it.
