can librarys be written as a pno?

You can write libraries in 68K code and (indirectly) in ARM code using Palm Pascal. See their website at <http://ppcompiler.free.fr/index.php?lng=en>. In their library are two PocketC library examples. The interface to PocketC has to be written in 68K code, but that code can call ARMlets if you wish. They also have examples of programs compiled to ARM code and how to call them from 68K code.
