I have an older PocketC app that I've had to recompile using version 7.0.0 to cope with the Memo database issue...

However, when the screen resize button on a T3 (and I presume a T5) is tapped, the screen goes blank. I assume this is PocketC going to 480x320 & not having anything to redraw.

Is there a way to lock the resize/orientation buttons so my app remains vertical 160x160? (I'm just not up to redoing all the code to take advantage of all that real estate...)

TIA,
Joe

As Rosanne Rosannadanna used to say, "Never mind." I figured out that I needed to call the routine that drew the controls on the screen if (e==23)...

Despite being able to switch to the 320x480 & 480x320 modes, I'm still having some issues with the screens blanking (mainly multiple forms).

So I'll return to my original question:

Is there a way to "lock" the DIA input area on a big screen Palm so the app will run only as 160x160 (aka 320x320)?

I don't see any hooks to let me bypass the resize button in the task bar. The app works fine in 320x480 (wide screen) mode, so I'm chiefly interested in just preventing the user from switching to the "tall" view.

This has been requested by others, so I may add it to 7.1

Please! And Thank You!

I have a main form that could benefit from a big screen display, but several of the "support" forms would look much better just to stay at 160x160 (aka 320x320).

I hope you do add this feature.
