Could someone tell me what is the different between the pocketC and orbworks form other than their price?

I want to create standalone applications that no need any runtime and support all the latest devices with hi-res. I don't know which product I should buy.

The differences are: language (OrbForms uses OrbC, which is an evolution of PocketC that supports objects), APIs (OrbForms has object-oriented APIs), and development approach (OrbForms uses a form designer and event handlers, PocketC is straight C-style code).
