I'm able to create programs on my Palm and the Palm emulator using the PocketC tools designed for running on the device, but the Desktop Edition of PocketC is having some issues.

Just as a simple test, I created HelloWorld.pc (yes, I know it's corny), and I simply wanted to compile it as an application, and have it launch in the emulator (I understand this is build in functionality of the Desktop Edition, no?)

So here are my steps:

1. Create simple PocketC "HelloWorld" application
2. Save the application as "HelloWorld.pc"
3. Click "Compile" (or press F7)
4. select any of the three compiling options
5. PocketC Desktop Edition throws the error, "Unable to open project file!"

Any ideas what's going on here? I'm sure it's just something I'm doing wrong, but there isn't much documentation on errors thrown my the Desktop Edition.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll plan on downloading the install files again tomorrow or the day after.
