V3 runtime:

If you call regrstr for a non existent value, you get the string "0" instead of a
null string.

If you call regrint for a non existent value, but where the key exists, you don't get 0 (I haven't checked what you do get).

I also discovered that the regdelval(int root, string keyValueName) is odd.
I can't get it to work on my HP Jornada 548 with 3.0 runtime.
