Reading CPU serial no in WinCE

Discuss PocketC for CE (including Desktop Edition)

Hi,
I was interested in knowing how to use the 'regrstr' function to retrieve the serial number of the StrongArm processor from the WinCE registry. This could be useful for copy protection. Anyone , please suggest a method.
Thanks

I don't think the serial number of the CPU is in the registry. It is also not available from the SystemParametersInfo() function or the GetVersionEx() function.

I assume that a mechanism is provided to recover this information. I'm not sure what it is though.
