What are you trying to make?

If you are trying to make a game for "PocketPC", I suggest using guy's GAPI.
I think it had a key-reading function.

I dont know about other platforms.

I assume that you have PocketPC (You know... the no-keyboard WinCE 3.0 ones), and trying to make games!

This is how you include GAPI library in PocketC.

1st. Get CEAPI for PocketC library @
Make sure you select developer download.

2nd. Just #include "/PocketC/gx.h" and start programming.

Sorry, I dont know alot about GAPI, but I do know that there is some function that enables you to use hardware buttons.

For making "games" ON PocketPC, I like GameWrite better, because it is lot easier to write. (Search "GameWrite" in
If you have access to PC all the time, I recomend to you to use EVC++, in full Embedded Visual C++. Because it will be fastest compiler on PocketPC. You can use GAPI in EVC++. (and its free)

PocketC is best for everything else. :-)
