Yes Guy this post is for you.
I have just created my first setup file which works fine.

I am of the attitude that the user probably does not care if my application is written in pocket C so I have set the option to include pcshell.exe.

In your example .inf file (which i have copied :-) I notice that this file is set to copy to \windows on the device.

However as a developer when I installed Pocket C pcshell.exe ended up in \program files\pocketc

Where does pcshell normally end up on the device?
Is it different for developer and user versions of the standard setup?

I don't want to waste users memory with more than one version.
Any ideas?

The PocketC installations put pcshell in different places.

For the runtime installation, there is no PocketC directory on the device so the shell goes into the windows directory.

For the developer installation the shell ends up in the same directory as the compiler.
