Skinned GUI?

Discuss PocketC for CE (including Desktop Edition)

Hello, just a quick question...

Is it possible to code a program in pocketc using the gui commands but to "skin" it using custom bitmaps?

I have seen many programs written in pocketc that had that nice, polished, fluid skinned look to it. And I was wondering if they would have used the gui controlls? or if they just drew bitmaps everywhere, and used pen events to create their own gui handlers?

Anyway, thanks...

In general it's done by using bitmaps and collecting pen events from the background.

The standard PocketC event/control interface isn't really up to skinned buttons.
