Need help/ideas for translating PCForm help file

I need to provide the PCForm help file in different languages. Does anyone have any good ideas about how I can do this.

I thought about translation programs, but they work best on normal text, not structured
files with labels and code examples. Additionally, the translation that they produce is normally not good (but often humourous).

Does anyone knoe of any good cheap/free language translation programs?

Probably looking for English to other European languages.

The help file is far too big to run through a web translation service. Although I may be able to chop it up into smaller bits.

Would a non English speak mind having a look at the online PCForm help file through the BabelFish tool at AltaVista and let me know whether the result makes any sense at all.
