Hi Kevin,
another question about the activex-controls.
How can I use the visual controls like the treeview-control ?
I think the comdispatch-function is not enough for the creating of the control.
The properties and methods are usable. But pocketc shows not the control.
Maybe we need a extension to the createctrl function for activex-controls.

Right now PocketC Com support only works with windowless controls. In order to get S309PictureBox, or Tree ActiveX control to work in current PocketC runtime, that would take quiet of bit work.

I am not an ActiveX expert. From what I read so far....

I went through ActiveX control book inside_out, and found it is too complicate to write it purely in C. The easier way to support the ActiveX control is to borrow classes from MFC.

Or another method might be, wrap the control in a dll and provide simpler mechanism to invoke the control and pass the main hwnd handle to the control to allow it be created in the main window.

right now, Windowless COM objects like FileSystem dlls can be created and used. I will keep researching on how to integrate these window activex controls.

if anyone knows activex well, please give me some feedback or any example code on writing a container class without using MFC or ATL.
