How do i change the background and foreground-colors
of a listbox ??? And ... is it possible to change the
font as well ... i guess its possible via sendmessage or ???!!??

It's not possible with the current version of the PocketC event system.

You have to intercept a message sent by Windows just before the box is drawn.

PocketC doesn't provide the message, and doesn't have an interface that lets you get a font handle.

It would be nice if one could specify fore and background colors upon creation at least.
eg createctrl(X,X,X,X,forecolor,backcolor) ... Hey Cao V 3 Device-edition maybe ;-)

PocketC WindowsCE uses the basic Windows Control for UI elements. On the Palm side, a few GUI packages were developed to allow maximum control over how the control will look and behave.

A new year is coming, and I need to make some decisions on where I am going to do. :-)

Rather confused on my career path.
