If you are a Windows 95 user and receive a "OLEACC.DLL not found" error after installing PDE 2.0 you will need to download and install the Microsoft Active Accessibility Redistribution Kit (msaardk.exe).

Note that since Microsoft no longer supports Windows 95, you may need to do a web search on msaardk.exe and download it from a known and trusted distribution site.
