5-Way Navigation

A PocketC native palm library offering native forms and assorted utilities

I have a program that is supposed to use the jog-dial for navigation. I did add a statement to display the Fevent result and the x and y values returned by BINDX and BINDY. I'm testing it on a Palm T5. The Up (5) and (6) Down events work fine, but the Right (17) and Left (16) events and the Select (18) event don't appear to happen whether I execute Fctl(FIVEWAY,1) or not. There is a little feedback click when I press the dial. Is this a problem with the OS (5.4) or am I just missing something?

The library doesn't support the 5-way implementation on the T5, TX, TE2, Lifedrive, and Treos.
