Keyboard/Graffiti Entry Control

Discuss PocketC for CE (including Desktop Edition)

Postby stoucha on Wed Feb 07, 2001 12:28 am

I can't seem to figure out how to control the keyboard/graffiti entry. I would like to get the "state" of the graffiti pad, close it during program execution, and then return it to its origonal configuration upon program exit.

Any help would be appreciated. Also, is there a good source for the PC API documentation. I suspect the answer is there but I can't find this resource either.

The trials of a newbie. Thanks in advance.

I've requested a function from Kevin that returns the state of the SIP, there isn't one at the moment.

You can turn it on and off with the devicesip() function.

devicesip(1) turns it on
devicesip(0) turns it off

Hmmm...I get an error when I include the following

I get undeclared identifier. Is there a header file that I need to include?

Thanks again,

It is a V3 feature - only supplied with the desktop version. Ask Kevin for a beta version.
