How to use pc2HTML?

Discuss PocketC for Palm OS (including Desktop Edition)

I drop a .pc file (from PocketC Desktop) into the icon for pc2HTML... it churns impressively... but where's the output? I looked in the same directory where the .pc file came from, in the directory for PocketC Desktop... not there... I'd sure appreciate a little guidance... Thanks... Tom

I'm pretty sure you have to run it from the command line with the input and output files as parameters. IE:

pc2html test.pc test.htm

For those of us who are Command Line challenged... here's what worked for me (NT4)...

Start>Programs>Command Prompt

C:\> cd d:\pocketc\pocketc desktop\
C:\> d:
D:\PocketC\PocketC Desktop>pc2html.exe
PocketC source to HTML
usage: pc2html [-tabsize] source [output]

D:\PocketC\PocketC Desktop>pc2html.exe -5 d:\pocketc\kis-programs\kiskross.pc d:\pocketc\kis-programs\kiskross.htm

The tab size is the number of characters allocated to each tab in the source... Merry Christmas... Tom
